If Smarty doesn't work properly or you need assistance for any reason, please download the Assistance module, fill in and send it to assistance@madselectronics.com. If possible, please attach a copy (by a scanner) of the purchase receipt too. MADS will contact you and the nearest distributor soon as possible. With a copy of the filled-in module, please contact your nearest MADS distributor for an immediate assistance.
